The Oldsmobile 4-4-2 (4-barrel carb, 4-speed manual, and dual exhaust) was launched in 1964 with a 330 cubic inch 310 horsepower engine. Later cars had 350, 400, and 455 cid engines with the most desirable ones being the W-30, W-31, and W-32 versions which had ram-air intakes and high performance parts. The Hurst/Olds version topped the list with its 455 putting out 390 horsepower and 500 ft-lbs of torque in 1968.
